QlyQ Creator Monetization Terms
QLYQ CREATOR MONETIZATION TERMS

These Creator Monetization Terms (“Monetization Terms”) govern participation in QlyQ’s monetization programs, including:
- Advertising revenue share (“Ad Program”)
- Digital gifting and virtual goods (“Gifting Program”)
These Monetization Terms supplement the QlyQ Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, these Monetization Terms control for monetization purposes.
By participating, you agree to these terms.
- Program Overview
QlyQ operates a hybrid monetization model:
- Advertising Program: Programmatic + direct brand deals
- Digital Gifting Program: Virtual goods, gifts, or in-app donations
- Premium Sponsored Placements: Brand-managed campaigns
QlyQ retains full discretion over monetization mechanics, placement, eligibility, and payout.
- Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Maintain an active QlyQ account in good standing
- Comply with Community Guidelines
- Meet minimum engagement, view thresholds, or verification requirements
- Be in an eligible jurisdiction for each program
- Complete identity verification (KYC) if requested
Participation is not guaranteed and may be revoked at QlyQ’s discretion.
- Advertising Program Revenue
Revenue is calculated from Net Advertising Revenue, defined as:
Gross advertiser payments minus platform fees, ad network fees, agency commissions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, invalid traffic deductions, and transaction costs.
Revenue share may vary based on:
- Content type or category
- Monetization tier
- Campaign type
- Strategic partnerships
No minimum revenue is guaranteed.
Advertising inventory allocation, ad load, and placement frequency are determined by QlyQ’s advertising systems and may change over time.
- Digital Gifting Program
Digital gifting includes virtual gifts, in-app donations, or virtual items (“Gifts”) sent by users.
Rules:
- Gifts have no monetary value outside QlyQ
- Conversion of Gifts into cash or credits is determined by QlyQ
- Conversion rates may change at QlyQ’s discretion
- QlyQ may hold, withhold, or reverse Gift earnings for:
- Fraud
- Policy violations
- Invalid transactions
- Gifts cannot be sold or transferred outside the platform.
- QlyQ may monitor gifting behavior for fraud, abuse, or suspicious financial activity and may suspend gifting privileges pending review.
- Hybrid Program Rules
- Creators may participate in one or both programs simultaneously
- QlyQ may adjust ad revenue, gifting revenue, or both
- Platform decisions regarding monetization are final
- Content may remain visible even if monetization is suspended
- Brand Safety & Content Standards
QlyQ may:
- Classify content for advertiser suitability
- Restrict or demonetize content
- Limit gifting on sensitive content
Brand safety, content moderation, and monetization eligibility are at QlyQ’s sole discretion.
- Invalid Activity & Fraud
You may not:
- Artificially inflate views, ad clicks, or Gifts
- Use bots, scripts, or automation
- Coordinate fraudulent campaigns
- Encourage fake gifting
QlyQ may:
- Withhold or reverse earnings
- Suspend monetization
- Terminate accounts
- Report illegal activity
QlyQ’s determinations are final.
- Payments & Reporting
- Payments are made after internal reconciliation
- Minimum payout thresholds apply and may change at QlyQ’s discretion.
- Identity verification and tax documentation may be required
- Adjustments may occur due to fraud, refunds, or invalid traffic
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Currency conversion, processing fees, and regional payment limitations may apply.
Creators are responsible for reporting income and taxes in their jurisdiction.
- Program Changes
QlyQ may:
- Modify revenue share percentages
- Introduce new monetization formats
- Suspend or discontinue programs
- Change payout mechanisms
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
- Independent Contractor Status
Participation does not create:
- Employment
- Agency
- Partnership
- Joint venture
Creators are independent contractors.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
QlyQ shall not be liable for:
- Lost advertising or gifting revenue
- Algorithm changes affecting monetization
- Ad or gift network errors
- Fraudulent or invalid activity
Total liability shall not exceed total payouts in the prior six months.
- Termination
QlyQ may suspend or terminate monetization privileges for:
- Violations of policy or law
- Brand safety concerns
- Fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory compliance
Termination does not guarantee release of withheld earnings.
Monetization enforcement actions may be applied in accordance with the QlyQ Monetization Enforcement Policy, which outlines violation levels, penalties, and enforcement procedures.
- Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding monetization are subject to arbitration under the QlyQ Terms of Service.
