QlyQ Monetization Enforcement Policy
QLYQ MONETIZATION ENFORCEMENT POLICY
Effective Date: 07 March 2026
Last Updated: 07 March 2026
This Monetization Enforcement Policy explains how QlyQ determines monetization eligibility for content and accounts.
Monetization decisions are separate from content removal decisions and may apply even if content remains available on the platform.
Monetization eligibility does not guarantee distribution, recommendation, or promotional placement within the platform.
This Policy applies to advertising revenue, creator rewards, digital gifting, brand partnerships, and any future monetization features offered by QlyQ.
- Core Principle
Content may be:
- Allowed on the platform
- Restricted from monetization
- Fully monetized
- Subject to temporary monetization suspension
Monetization eligibility is determined based on advertiser suitability, brand safety standards, and repeated policy violations.
- Monetization Status Categories
Each piece of content and each creator account may be assigned one of the following statuses:
2.1 Full Monetization Eligible
Content is suitable for advertising, gifting, and all monetization features.
2.2 Limited Monetization
Content may:
- Receive reduced advertising demand
- Be excluded from certain advertiser categories
- Be restricted from premium placements
Examples may include:
- Strong but non-hateful language
- Sensitive real-world events discussed responsibly
- Mildly controversial themes
2.3 Monetization Disabled (Content-Level)
Content remains on the platform but:
- Is ineligible for advertising
- Is ineligible for digital gifting
- Is excluded from promotional boosts
Examples may include:
- Non-graphic violence
- Dangerous conduct
- Repeated AI labeling failures
- Policy-sensitive but non-removal content
2.4 Monetization Suspension (Account-Level)
A creator’s account may temporarily lose monetization access.
This may include:
- Ad revenue suspension
- Gifting suspension
- Creator rewards suspension
Suspension duration may vary depending on violation severity and frequency.
2.5 Permanent Monetization Revocation
Accounts that commit severe violations may permanently lose monetization privileges, even if the account remains active in limited capacity.
Severe violations may also result in permanent termination under the Community Guidelines.
- Relationship to the Enforcement Framework
Monetization actions may align with the QlyQ tiered enforcement system:
- Tier 1 Violations → Limited monetization or warning
- Tier 2 Violations → Temporary monetization suspension
- Tier 3 Violations → Permanent monetization revocation and/or account termination
Monetization restrictions may apply independently of strike issuance.
- Advertiser Suitability & Brand Safety
Certain content may be unsuitable for advertisers even if it does not violate Community Guidelines.
Such content may include:
- Graphic or disturbing imagery
- Excessive profanity
- Sensitive political or social issues
- Major real-world tragedies
- Content likely to cause advertiser reputational harm
QlyQ may restrict monetization to maintain advertiser trust and platform sustainability.
- AI-Generated Content & Monetization
AI-generated or synthetic content:
- May require additional review
- May be limited to certain advertiser categories
- May be ineligible for premium placements
- May be restricted if disclosure requirements are not met
Failure to properly label AI-generated content may result in monetization suspension.
- Repeated Violations
Repeated policy violations may result in:
- Escalating monetization restrictions
- Extended suspension periods
- Permanent monetization revocation
Strike expiration does not guarantee automatic restoration of monetization privileges.
7. Financial Abuse & Monetization Manipulation
Creators may not manipulate monetization systems through coordinated behavior, artificial transactions, or deceptive practices.
This includes but not limited to:
- Coordinated gifting rings
- Artificial ad engagement
- Self-gifting through alternate accounts
- Fraudulent traffic generation
QlyQ may suspend monetization, reverse earnings, or permanently revoke monetization privileges where such activity is detected.
- Appeals
Creators may appeal monetization decisions through available platform channels.
QlyQ reserves final discretion in all monetization eligibility determinations.
- Discretion & Updates
QlyQ may modify monetization eligibility standards, advertiser suitability classifications, and enforcement practices at its discretion to:
- Reflect advertiser requirements
- Address emerging risks
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Protect platform integrity
Continued participation in monetization programs constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
