QlyQ Creator Community Guidelines
QLYQ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines outline the standards for content and conduct on QlyQ.
All users, creators, and advertisers must comply with these Guidelines in addition to the QlyQ Terms of Service.
Violation may result in:
- Content removal
- Demonetization
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination
- Referral to authorities where required
QlyQ reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines at its discretion.
- Respect & Safety
QlyQ is a global platform. Users must not post content that:
- Harasses or bullies individuals or groups
- Threatens violence
- Encourages harm
- Engages in targeted abuse
We prohibit behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.
- Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content may not:
- Promote hatred against protected groups
- Dehumanize individuals based on race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, or other protected status
- Encourage discrimination or segregation
Contextual discussion, educational content, or news reporting may be allowed at QlyQ’s discretion.
- Violence & Dangerous Conduct
We prohibit:
- Graphic violence
- Real-world threats
- Instructions for harmful or illegal activities
- Glorification of violent wrongdoing
Non-graphic discussion for educational or documentary purposes may be allowed.
- Illegal Activities
Users may not use QlyQ to:
- Promote illegal goods or services
- Sell counterfeit products
- Distribute controlled substances
- Facilitate fraud or scams
- Promote hacking or unauthorized access
QlyQ may report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
- Sexual Content
QlyQ restricts sexually explicit content.
Prohibited content includes:
- Explicit sexual acts
- Pornographic material
- Sexual exploitation
- Content involving minors
Non-explicit educational or artistic material may be permitted.
- Child Safety
QlyQ has zero tolerance for:
- Child sexual exploitation
- Grooming
- Harmful interactions involving minors
Accounts engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned and reported.
- Misleading & Fraudulent Content
Users may not:
- Spread scams
- Promote financial fraud
- Impersonate others
- Share false claims likely to cause harm
Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed.
- Intellectual Property
Users must:
- Only upload content they own or are licensed to use
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other rights
QlyQ responds to valid copyright and IP complaints under its Copyright Policy.
- Spam & Platform Manipulation
We prohibit:
- Artificial engagement
- Bot-driven views or likes
- Mass spam posting
- Manipulation of gifting systems
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Advertiser-Friendly Standards
Content may be limited or demonetized if it includes:
- Excessive profanity
- Sensitive real-world tragedies
- Graphic or disturbing themes
- Controversial or divisive content
Monetization decisions are separate from removal decisions.
- Regulated Goods & Services
Content promoting the following may be restricted:
- Alcohol
- Gambling
- Cryptocurrency
- Financial services
- Medical products
Additional verification may be required.
- Privacy & Personal Data
Users may not:
- Share private personal information without consent
- Dox individuals
- Publish confidential data
- Enforcement & Appeals
13.1 Enforcement Framework
QlyQ applies a tiered enforcement system based on the severity of violations and repeat misconduct.
Tier 1 — Minor Violations
Examples:
- Excessive profanity
- Failure to label AI content
- Mild misleading content
- Low-risk advertiser violations
Enforcement:
- Content removal or visibility restriction
- Warning issued
- Education notice
Repeated Tier 1 violations may escalate to Tier 2.
Tier 2 — Serious Violations
Examples:
- Non-graphic violence
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Repeated AI mislabeling
- Fraud attempts
- Dangerous conduct
Enforcement:
- Content removal
- Strike applied to account
- Temporary suspension (e.g., 3–7 days)
- Monetization suspension
Repeated Tier 2 violations may escalate to Tier 3.
Tier 3 — Severe Violations
Examples:
- Child sexual exploitation
- Explicit sexual content
- Non-consensual deepfakes
- Graphic violence
- Credible real-world threats
- Coordinated fraud or criminal activity
Enforcement:
- Immediate removal
- Permanent account termination
- Referral to authorities where required
No warnings required for Tier 3 violations.
Severe violations may bypass the strike system.
13.2 Strike System
Within a rolling 90-day period:
- 1 Strike → Warning and feature limitations
- 2 Strikes → Temporary suspension
- 3 Strikes → Permanent account termination
Strikes may expire after a defined period at QlyQ’s discretion.
Users may appeal certain enforcement decisions via platform channels.
Enforcement decisions are final unless reversed.
- Evolving Standards
QlyQ may update these Guidelines to:
- Reflect legal requirements
- Improve safety standards
- Address emerging risks
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
15. AI-Generated & Synthetic Media
Creators must clearly disclose content when AI:
- Generates the entire video, image, or audio
- Significantly alters real footage
- Creates a realistic human likeness
- Clones or simulates a real person’s voice
- Alters a real person’s speech
- Recreates or simulates real-world events
- Presents AI-generated avatars as real individuals
If a reasonable viewer could mistake the content for authentic real-world footage, labeling is required.
Disclosure must be:
- Clear
- Prominent
- Easily noticeable
Acceptable formats include:
- “AI-Generated”
- “AI-Assisted Content”
- “Synthetic Media”
- Official in-platform AI label (if implemented)
Hidden or vague disclosures are not permitted.
15.1 Prohibited AI Content
The following AI-generated content is strictly prohibited:
- Non-consensual deepfakes
- Synthetic media used for fraud or scams
- AI-generated sexual content involving real individuals without consent
- AI-generated content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
- Political deepfakes intended to mislead voters
- Fabricated news presented as real events
Labeling does not override other policy violations.
15.2 Consent & Legal Responsibility
Creators must have:
- Legal rights to use any person’s likeness
- Consent where required by law
- Rights to underlying materials where legally necessary
Creators are responsible for ensuring AI tools and outputs do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
15.3 Monetization & Distribution Controls
AI-generated content may be:
- Subject to additional review
- Limited in monetization eligibility
- Restricted from certain advertiser categories
- Required to include additional metadata
Failure to properly label AI-generated content may result in:
- Content removal
- Demonetization
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination for repeated violations
Enforcement decisions are made at QlyQ’s discretion.
15.4 Platform Enforcement
QlyQ may:
- Remove misleading synthetic content.
- Add informational labels.
- Restrict distribution.
- Suspend accounts engaged in harmful AI misuse.

15.6 AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content Labeling
QlyQ requires clear disclosure of AI-generated or AI-altered content where such content could reasonably mislead viewers.
1. When Labeling Is Required
Creators must label content if:
- AI generated the entire video, image, or audio.
- AI significantly altered real footage.
- AI generated a realistic human likeness.
- AI generated or cloned a real person’s voice.
- AI modified a real person’s speech.
- AI recreated or simulated real-world events.
- AI-generated avatars present as real individuals.
If a reasonable viewer could mistake the content as authentic real-world footage, labeling is mandatory.
2. When Labeling Is Not Required
Labeling is not required for:
- Minor editing assistance (color correction, background blur, noise reduction).
- Clearly fictional animation or stylized art.
- Obvious satire that cannot reasonably mislead.
QlyQ may still require labeling at its discretion.
3. Label Format
Label must be:
- Clear
- Prominent
- Easily noticeable
Acceptable formats:
- “AI-Generated”
- “AI-Assisted Content”
- “Synthetic Media”
- In-platform AI badge (if implemented)
Hidden or vague disclosures are not permitted.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Even if labeled, the following remains prohibited:
- Non-consensual deepfakes.
- AI impersonation used for fraud.
- Political deepfakes intended to mislead.
- AI-generated sexual content involving real individuals without consent.
Labeling does not override other policy violations.
5. Monetization Impact
AI-labeled content may be:
- Subject to additional review.
- Limited for certain advertisers.
- Ineligible for specific premium placements.
Monetization eligibility remains at QlyQ’s discretion.
6. Enforcement
Failure to properly label AI-generated content may result in:
- Content removal
- Demonetization
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination for repeated violations
