- You own the content, or you have the right to use it.
- You are responsible for any copyrighted material, including music, images, or video clips.
- You will not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Tip: Only use music, video, or other media you created, have purchased a license for, or that is royalty-free / cleared for commercial use.
- Music and Video on QlyQ
To keep the platform safe and fun:
- QlyQ provides a library of licensed and royalty-free music and video clips called “QlyQ Sounds” and “QlyQ Clips” for creators.
- Using music or video clips from outside QlyQ’s library may be muted, blocked, or removed if it violates copyright.
- Uploading movie, TV, or streaming clips without permission is strictly prohibited and will be treated the same as copyrighted music.
- We strongly encourage creators to use tracks or clips from the QlyQ library or your own licensed content.
- Copyrighted Music and Video Detection:
QlyQ may use automated tools to detect copyrighted music or video clips in uploads:
- If content is flagged, QlyQ may:
- Mute the audio, remove the video, or block the clip, and/or
- Notify the uploader to replace the content.
- Repeated infringement may result in account suspension or termination.
- Takedown Requests:
Copyright owners can request QlyQ to remove content. When we receive a valid request:
- The content will be temporarily removed.
- QlyQ will notify the uploader with details of the claim.
- You may submit a counter-notification if you believe the content is legally allowed.
- Copyright infringement may also result in suspension or loss of monetization privileges under the QlyQ Monetization Enforcement Policy, even if content remains on the platform.
Note: QlyQ complies with international copyright laws and safe harbor principles. We may respond to takedown requests in accordance with local laws and platform procedures, such as DMCA-style procedures including muting, blocking, or removing content as needed.
